Briana Carmen Parker, Esq., is the driving force behind the firm, with a background in law, social work, meditation, and advocacy. Our company's foundation rests on restorative justice, facilitation, collaborative partnership agreements, and transformative learning. Briana is a network builder and is dedicated to building equitable partnerships. They are dedicated to strategic engagement in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and collective action to ensure a just transitions and racial justice. A proud daughter of Detroit, Michigan—Briana embodies the spirit of her hometown in her work and philosophy. They hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, a Master's in Community-Based Social Work from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Marygrove College.
